This deep fryer has an immersion-style heating element for fast heat-up and recovery time, a heavy mesh basket for faster cooking, a cool-touch handle, and a tilt-and-drain feature which lets oil drain quickly from the heating element for easy cleaning. The glass viewing window on the lid allows you to monitor the cooking process. The easy-to-use control panel has an adjustable thermostat and 30-minute timer. The enamel-coated oil container is removable and has a pouring spout. A three-foot breakway cord, auto shut-off, and a control panel security interlock provide added safety.
